Metta Hearts is the social welfare arm of Metta Centre - supporting the underprivileged, such as the homeless and children in foster care.
Helping those living on the streets
Each winter, we hand-deliver warm bedding, clothes, and essentials to those living on the streets, including their loyal pets. By connecting personally with the homeless and addressing their immediate needs, we aim to bring warmth and hope, showing that they are seen and cared for. From June to August, you can support this effort by donating clean, warm bedding and clothing at any Metta Centre location or event.
Helping underprivileged children
Every December for the last 10 years, we collect and distribute toys for underprivileged children in foster care to brighten their Christmas. Simply wrap and label your new toys with the relevant age group and gender of the recipient, and drop them off at our locations before 10 December.
