Yoga to heal the mind, body and heart Led by Khanh Doan
Khanh Doan will be conducting weekly yoga sessions each Thursday at the Metta Centre from 6.00pm – 7.00pm. Khanh has had 7 years of experience, trained in the Hatha style of Satchitananda tradition, the most original style of Yoga from Mangroove Mountain in India. She is passionate about bringing the purest form of yoga into her teaching. With clear and gentle instruction, Khanh will guide you through a meditative and holistic journey in her class to achieve both physical and metal refinement in Hatha and Kundalini style.
