The teachings of Buddhist Wisdom are wonderful tools that can help us to achieve more and more inner well-being.
Anxiety and stress have unfortunately become commonplace in our society. In this session, we will understand the causes of anxiety as well as ways to appease it. We will see meditation techniques according to Tibetan Buddhist philosophy train our thoughts and thus have a calm and peaceful mind
