One Day Meditation Retreat: Mindfulness' Antidote to Stress

This day of mindfulness will focus on understanding the framework of Buddhist thought and practice and exploring how stress arises. We will discuss what Buddhism offers to assist in dealing with stress within meditation practice and in everyday life. The workshop is suitable for beginners and will offer the opportunity to discuss experience and to tailor the practice to suit individual need.
