Many people have heard of mindfulness, but what of attentiveness? What is the difference and why does it matter? In practicing attentiveness, life opens up as there is always something interesting to learn about yourself and the world by paying attention.
About the presenter: Ven. Tashi has been ordained for a number of years in the Tibetan lineage of Buddhism and taken teachings from the Dalai Lama as well as teachings of other traditions.
