Metta and Metta Meditation

“Few human experiences have been more pondered over, more discussed and more longed for than love,” writes Bhante Dhammika in his book titled, “Like Milk and Water Mixed”. The book then goes on to explore the different types of love, from the mundane to the spiritual, from  a narrow love to one described by the Buddha as more refined and expansive.

In this talk, Bhante Dhammika will talk about how to practice with unconditional love (Metta), exploring the challenges one may face and how to overcome those challenges so as to realise this boundless love with a kind heart and clear mind.

A copy of Bhante Dhammika’s book is available at the Metta Centre or you can access the chapters online here: https://www.bhantedhammika.net/like-milk-and-water-mixed
