This at home yoga retreat is designed to help you deepen your yoga practice in the comfort of your own home. Shweta will lead you through a practice integrating asana, breath, meditation and philosophy in a journey towards self-healing. She will show you ways to integrate simple yogic practices into your day to day lives to be able to live more consciously and mindfully. About the Instructor: Shweta is a Sydney based yoga teacher trained in the classical tradition of T. Krishnamacharya. In 2010 she committed herself to a holistic practice of the eight limbs of yoga and has since completed a 500-hour diploma in yoga teacher training. She teaches classical hatha and vinyasa flow yoga coordinating breath and movement. Classes are safe and well balanced, leading to deep states of stillness and clarity along with building strength and flexibility. She hopes that through her classes she can share her experience of yoga as being a powerful tool for self-healing. Her holistic approach helps students integrate yoga into their daily lives.
