About the presenter: Bhante Dhammika was born in Australia in 1951 and after visits to Thailand and Burma finally became a monk in India in 1976. Subsequently, he lived in Sri Lanka and Singapore and returned to his homeland in 2017 and now lives in semi-retirement in Queensland. Bhante has written some 20 books on subjects as diverse as Buddhist doctrine and history pilgrimage, biography, the environment, as well as a series of comic books for children and translations of Buddhist text. His most well-known book Good Question Good Answer has been translated into 36 languages. His most recent book on the life of the Buddha, is available online at http://budblooms.org/
