Friday Evenings Yoga
Our Yoga sessions are back from 3 March ! (6.30 pm - 7.30 pm).
Our breath-centred Hatha yoga session is led by Shweta Dhawan.
Shweta has been practicing yoga since 2006. She did a 350 hour breath-centred Hatha yoga teacher training in the classical tradition of T. Krishnamacharya from the Yoga Institute in Cammeray.
Shweta's classes are a combination of playful sequencing for strength and flexibility, and breath-centred movements resulting in a moving meditation.
There are continuous alignment cues and modifications to help beginners settle in, but enough challenges for regular practitioners.
