Free Yoga Workshops

The classes will start at 10.30am to 12 noon. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of our session together. Yoga mats are available, or you may bring your own.
In line with Metta Centre’s principles of giving (Dana), there is no charge for the sessions, but your donations will support the running of Metta Centre and to Khanh Doan for her time.
RSVP is essential as spots are limited.
About the teacher
Khanh has had 7 years of experience, and trained in the Hatha style of Satchitananda tradition, the most original style of Yoga from Mangrove Mountain in India. She is passionate about bringing the purest form of yoga into her teaching. With clear and gentle instruction, Khanh will guide you through a meditative and holistic journey in her class to achieve both physical and mental refinement in Hatha and Kundalini style.
