Commencing on 11 April to 23 May, Buddhist nun, Ayya Aranya Devi, will facilitate our weekly Tuesday sessions in a practical course on Buddhism.

Each week, the group will explore a fundamental teaching of the Buddha applied to our modern lives. The course will allow participants to engage with theory and practice while being supported by the teacher and the group in bringing what they learn to life.

This is a drop in class, so there is no need to RSVP, though we encourage you to check our website or Facebook page regularly for any changes or announcements.
