Dealing with Difficult People By Venerable Akāliko
The fact of life is that those living in society will need to deal with people and inevitably those people may become difficult for us to deal with. There will be times when people hurt us and make us feel bad. If we are not careful, we may react with strong emotions - like resentment or hatred - which may overwhelm us and destroy our happiness. In this session, Venerable Akaliko will offer practical guidance on how to deal with those people in our lives who we have labelled as being 'difficult'. Using guided meditation and discussion, Venerable Akaliko shows us how we can transform our relationships and fill our hearts with positivity in the face of negativity.
