August Wellbeing Programs
Everyday we meet with different pressures and challenges that causes tension and stress in our body and mind. This Wellbeing Course conducted across two libraries throughout the month of August allows participants to learn different strategies to loosen and heal ourselves and those around us.
The programs are:
18 August: Healing Meditation, Qigong, and a public talk on dealing with difficult emotions
25 August: Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, and a public talk on work and life
